This workshop is critical for job seekers and also people interested in making a career move. It would also be beneficial to those who just want to get to know themselves a little better. Just about everyone at the one I attended (40-50 people) had at least one Aha Moment during the exercises. Self awareness is key in everyday life but also in the workplace – not only to understand how you could/should be acting/reacting but as important how others are reacting to you and how you make sure it’s as positive as possible. Understanding how key priorities play a role in your success or failure in a job search is a huge time saver – if you do the work you know you need to do after you leave this workshop.
